MI0430 – Unconventional

La location MI0430 è uno showroom-atelier di 200 mq che si suddivide in tre ambienti. Lo spazio open-space è estremamente versatile come:

– location per servizi video;

– location per servizi fotografici;

– location per presentazioni e press day;

– location per temporary showroom;

Attraversando il cortile si accede a un ampio salone con arredi vintage che ricreano un piccolo spazio espositivo e un’area living. 

Nella location è presente una zona di stoccaggio collegata all’ area open-space, una saletta con carta da parati e un bagno di servizio. In origine un magazzino, nel processo di ristrutturazione la location ha preservato l’estetica del tempo attraverso interventi ex-novo che hanno ripristinato il pavimento in graniglia e i termosifoni di inizio secolo.

The MI0430 location is a 200 square meter showroom-atelier divided into three spaces. The open-space area is extremely versatile to host video and photo shoots, presentations, press day and temporary showroom. 

Crossing the courtyard, inside the location there is a spacious hall with vintage furnishings that recreate a small exhibition space and a living area. The storage area is connected to the open-space hall, from where it is possibile to reach a small room with wallpaper and the bathroom area. Originally a warehouse, the location has preserved the aesthetic of the time through new interventions that have restored the floor and the early 20th-century radiators.
