ABOUT:

Detached 3-storey villa located on the western shore of the lake. The villa is a classic example of rationalist and Mediterranean architecture. The outdoor patio, partly green and partly paved, comes into direct relation with the living rooms on the lower floor, penetrating the volume that reopens on the attic floor, resolved as a loggia. A large and bright staircase rises from the passing atrium. The ramp connects the living area to the upper level and to the terraces.
