Art Nouveau style villa of the late nineteenth century on the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore. The large atrium gives access to various rooms: the White Room, a large space with a bow window overlooking the lake, the garden and the swimming pool; the Yellow Room, with direct access to a semicircular veranda with a view; a large kitchen and a dining room and a studio-library with original furniture and old books. On the upper floor there are several bedrooms. The villa is located in spectacular scenery that offers an atmosphere of charm and romance. It is surrounded by a magnificent park with old trees, and it features a swimming pool, two accesses to the lake with beaches and rocky cliffs, and a large dock, where two typical lake lances are available for excursions on the lake.
